Members of the NJFCA are represented by a strong statewide (County Reps. and Alternates) leadership organization which protects the football coaching profession’s best interest your best interests and strives for the highest possible professional standards, as outlined in its Constitution, By laws and Code of Ethics.
NJFCA membership enhances a coach’s professional growth and gives him an opportunity to contribute to the improvement of his profession. It provides new contacts, a line of communication and a forum for the exchange of ideas and information.
